Accordingly, we attach great importance to processing and safeguarding all personal data of all individuals associated with ArgeBordro, including those who benefit from our products and services, in compliance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("KVKK").
1. Data Controller
Pursuant to the KVKK, your personal data may be processed by SFM YAZILIM Teknolojileri A.Ş., as the data controller, within the scope described below.
2. Purposes of Processing Personal Data
Your collected personal data is processed, within the conditions set out in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK, for the purposes of enabling you to benefit from the services provided by ArgeBordro by carrying out the necessary work by our business units, ensuring the legal and commercial security of persons who have a business relationship with ArgeBordro, and determining and implementing ArgeBordro's commercial strategies.
3. Categories of Personal Data Processed
- Identity Information: Name, Surname, Turkish ID Number.
- Contact Information: Email address, phone number, address.
- Financial Information: Payment information, invoice details, balance transactions.
- Customer Transaction Information: Request and complaint information, transaction history.
- Transaction Security Information: IP addresses, log records, password information.
4. To Whom and For What Purposes Processed Personal Data May Be Transferred
Your personal data may be shared, within the framework of the conditions set out in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, with legally authorized public institutions and organizations (Revenue Administration, SGK, etc.), judicial authorities, and our business partners that are necessary for the performance of the service (cloud service providers, payment infrastructure providers).
5. Rights of the Data Subject
Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, data subjects have the following rights:
- To learn whether personal data is processed,
- To request information if personal data has been processed,
- To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose,
- To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
- To request correction of personal data if it is processed incompletely or inaccurately.
