1. Nature of the Service and Balance System
ArgeBordro provides users with online payroll and incentive calculation services. Use of the service is based on a prepaid "Balance/Credit" system.
- The user must purchase a balance to use the service.
- Time Limitation: The validity period of each purchased balance package is 1 (one) year from the purchase date.
- Any unused balances will be deleted from the system after one year and will not be refunded.
2. User Obligations
The user is solely responsible for the accuracy of the data entered into the system. ArgeBordro cannot be held liable for incorrect calculations arising from erroneous data entered by the user or for their legal consequences (e.g., tax penalties).
3. Disclaimer of Liability
ArgeBordro does not guarantee that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure. However, it uses commercially reasonable efforts to minimize technical disruptions. Our Company shall not be liable for indirect damages arising from any data loss or service interruptions that may occur in the system.
4. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds
As the service is performed instantly in electronic form, there is no right of withdrawal for balances purchased via ArgeBordro, and no refunds are provided.
5. Right of Termination
In the event that the user violates these terms, threatens system security, or is found to be using the service in bad faith, our Company reserves the right to terminate the account unilaterally and to block the balance.
